Has the Bank’s web address (URL) changed?

No. The Bank’s website can still be accessed at www.thepeoplesbanknow.com or https://www.thepeoplesbanknow.com

Does this affect my Online Banking account?

No. Online Banking is unchanged, and personal and business Online Banking users will now login from the upper left corner of the website homepage.

Will my Online Banking user name and password stay the same?

Yes. There will be no change to your Online and Mobile Banking login credentials. However, you will be required to verify your identity by answering one of your original challenge questions upon first time access to the new Online Banking site.
